Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Tang-Hsuan has been devoted in Taiwan indie music industry since he was seventeen. Having been nominated for Golden Indie Music Award multiple times, he has also been the project manager for many international tours of Taiwanese bands. Tang-Hsuan is now the drummer and director of Taiwanese indie band Shallow Levée.
